Day 130–Pesto Lasagna
You win some, and you lose some. This one has a big L written all over it!
You start by making a very tasty pesto mixture:
There is also a cheese mixture, then the sauce. You then layer the lasagna in the crock pot, like you would a normal lasagna. I am so bummed about how this turned out. I really think that if you only cook in the crock pot for 4 hours, it would have been better. The problem was that the outside edges were burned, and it ruined the rest of this recipe.
You know it’s bad when Emily’s boyfriend Kade had to give this 2 stars!! He normally tries to rate things higher than I would actually give them 😉 I could barely eat it. Todd tried to eat it but could not because of the burned edges. He said the cheese itself is burned.
If you want a good lasagna, better stay away from the crock pot!
